This film demonstrates the technique of the right sided Smith Petersen anterior cervical spine approach, the surgical technique of the microscopically assisted anterior discectomy and decompression and preparation of the cage bed in the intervertebral space and the interbody fusion technique while restoring of the cervical sagittal alignment.
