Project 12-022
Lumbar hemivertebra resection by posterior approach for congenital scoliosis in a 10-year-old boy with a right lumbar congenital scoliosis due to a right fully L2 segmented hemivertebra with a Cobb angle of 45º. Early diagnosis and surgical treatment with posterior hemivertebra resection is mandatory for better correction and shorter fusion.
