Portable CT scanner-based navigation in lumbar pedicle screw insertion in a case of bisegmental decompression and fusion of L4/5 and L5/S1.The intraoperative use of a portable full body 32 slice CT scanner and the system-assisted insertion of pedicular screws with CT-based image guidance is demonstrated.
