Correction of a relatively flexible thoracolumbar adolescent idiopathic scoliosis of 52º (Lenke 5C) with progression in spite of brace, by posterior approach combining segmental pedicle fixation, rod translation and derotation with fusion after wide posterior release in a 13-year-old girl.
