This video demonstrates the treatment of a 60-year-old patient with previous lumbar decompression surgery. The patient has right leg pain and actual X-rays show stenosis at L3/4. A decompression surgery with limited fusion was performed.
Two weeks after surgery the patient complained of left leg pain. Two years later, an osteotomy was performed to release the spine.
