This video demonstrates a two level lumbar interbody fusion by posterior approach in a 65-year-old female patient with severe low back and radicular pain. The PLIF technique via posterior approach and cage application is demonstrated at the L5/S1 level and a modified TLIF technique via PLIF approach at the L4/5 level.
