The video shows the surgery of a 25-year-old male suffering from thoracic hyperkyphosis since he was a teenager. Exercises were recommended in order to reduce low-back pain, muscle tightness and tingeling in the shoulder-neck region. The patient decided to undergo corrective surgery at the age of 25, because of cosmetic appearance.
